What is AboutMyArea about?
AboutMyArea currently covers 250 areas nationwide and is supported by an organisation with complete integrity. We are passionately interested in people and are equally focussed on supporting the local community and offering the opportunity for local businesses to advertise. We also offer a FREE advertorial for businesses in or around AL1.
Why are we here?
Above all we are here to build and bring the AL1 community together. By providing all the information relevant and needed by people of AL1 we can encourage them to get involved what what is happening in and around the area.
Why not just use a search engine?
Whilst large search engines are very simple and easy to use, they do fall short of the mark when it comes to being rapid tools for finding out information about smaller communities. The aim of this website it to provide a quick and effective way of finding out what you want without having to do lots of research beforehand. We think we have done this for you!
Who are we aiming at?
We are aimed at everyone in the AL1 community, from small businesses to individuals and families interested in the area in which they live.
What do we cover?
We cover everything you can think of from St Albans hotels to wedding venues in St Albans. If you are looking for St Albans schools we have a good list with which to start.
