    Ely win a bonus point victory over West Norfolk under the floodlights. Ely Tigers spent the first fifteen minutes in opposition territory, points finally came from when the ball was passed wide and Matt McCarthy stepped inside the defence to dot down for an unconverted try.   • Ely and District Cycling Club go off-road at the weekend

    Ely and District Cycling Club turned their attention to off-road racing, taking part in both cyclocross and mountain bike races last weekend.
    On Sunday, three Ely club members took part in the first round of the Kings Lynn MTB Winter Series. Cliff Loveday finished in 35th place in the 1.5 hour Veterans race, with Derek Ricketts in 77th place.

  • Ely Tigers grind out a win against rivals Newmarket

    Ely Tigers were first to get on scoreboard through the boot of Joel Scott Paul after he notched two penalties to take them up to six points. Ely then had a scrum in opposition territory, the ball went blind to Scott Paul who was awarded a penalty try after being tackled off the ball by the opposition full-back.
