Eaton Socon Engineering Ltd is a small conventional machining company based in Bedford who have been established since 1978, therefore gaining considerable experience in sub-contract machining.

We, respectfully, offer our services for prototype, 1 off and small batch quantity production in both precision and general engineering. We have, briefly, the following capacity. Turning - 200mm dia x 750mm long, milling 300mm x 300mm x 600mm and drilling 0.5mm dia to 5 foot radial arm drill. All normal machine shop facilities also available i.e. surface grinding 200mm x 600mm.

In our 25 years of trading we have successfully worked, and still do, for multi-national organisations such as Bosch , Rolls Royce and Weir through the spectrum to “one man bands” and Inventors.

Having close working relationships with other companies, specialising in CNC machining, enables us to offer quality components at competitive prices to our customers outside our normal range of services.
