Hiring the Community Pavilion
The Pavilion is a new, small, community venue. It is available for hire to all community groups within Little Paxton, workshop tutors or private individuals for meetings, talks, workshops or children's parties. The Pavilion consists of two changing rooms, a small community room, kitchen and toilets In order to comply with Health and Safety/Fire Regulations. The maximum number the Community Room can comfortably hold are: 25 seated, 30 standing and 40 if being used as a Sporting Venue, for children's parties the maximum is 20. Tea and coffee making facilities are available and there is a microwave, fridge and hob, but there is no oven. You may bring pre-prepared refreshments, but for Health & Safety reasons no food can be prepared on site.
The pavilion will normally be available for hire from: 8am-10pm on most days-as this is also used as a sports pavilion please check availability should you require the pavilion on a weekend
For the purposes of hire charges the days are divided into three sessions:
The session times are: Morning 8am-1pm, afternoon 1pm-6pm and evening 6pm-10pm. The hire fee for a non-profit making community organisation within Little Paxton as of December 2013 is as follows:
Regular Users (clubs within Little Paxton) using the Pavilion for a minimum of 5 hours per week £1.75 per hour.
Casual hirers (Little Paxton Residents, Clubs or Organisations) £5.00 per hour; £14.00 per 3hours or £25.00 for exclusive use for the day.
Non Village Groups or Residents-Price on Application. Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations more than two weeks before the hire date will be refunded. Cancellations within two weeks of the hire date will not be refunded. If a cancellation is made by us, we will refund the hire fee in full.

The Eatons Community Centre
In 2000, a project began to bring a community/youth centre to the Eatons area of St Neots. A one acre site off The Maltings in Eaton Socon, which was owned by the Town Council, was felt to be an ideal situation for the new building. Consultation with local residents, organisations and authorities showed a requirement for a venue and meeting place for people of all ages, from pre-school to the elderly.
The Centre was officially opened by HRH Duchess of Gloucester on 23rd April 2010. It is a modern design and is heated by an energy efficient bio-mass boiler and includes many of the latest up to date design features.
The building incorporates a purpose built pre-school/children's area, two medium sized meeting rooms which can be merged into one for larger gatherings and a large main hall complete with a fully operational kitchen. The hall is suitable for all types of events, conferences and community group meetings and is an ideal venue for private functions such as weddings and birthday parties

St Neots Rugby Club have recently renovated and decorated their function room. Over the summer the club have made extensive changes to the building. New toilet facilities along with a new floor and ceiling have made the function room light airy and the perfect venue for your party or celebration.
With Beautiful views of the River Ouse and St Neots Common, functions can also be held outside on the extensive green area.
The large function room has a maximum capacity of 200 people.
The room now available for hire comes with a fully stocked bar and kitchen facilities.

The town of St Neots grew up around a Benedictine Priory in the early 11 th Century, and is now a bustling market town.
The Priory Centre is located alongside the attractive riverbank of the Great River Ouse in the heart of the St Neots town. The Centre has some amazing surroundings with the river and stunning parkland to one side of the building and the well-known historic Oast House that was once used as part of the brewery back in the 15 th century to the other.

Celebrate your Wedding Day in style at The Priory Centre. The unique venue offers you a variety of stylish function suites in which to hold your wedding reception including The Great Hall, Guest Hall, Cloisters and Moot. Available within the Great hall a marquee liner is available, which will make sure your day is extra special. The marquee liner is available as a supplement to the hall hire charge, and is only available within the Great Hall.
The Priory Centre is fully licensed to hold your Wedding or Civil Ceremony in any of the suites. The Centre prides itself on the flexibility and professionalism of its staff, which can provide exciting wedding packages to suit all needs and budgets. We can cater for up to 250 guests. We have a Duty Officer who would be delighted to assist you with your wedding requirements.

The Priory Centre Café bar is a fully Licensed Continental style Café. The café bar offers exquisite blended coffees, a variety of specialty teas, soft drinks, cakes and snacks.
Come and enjoy our River Terrace offering the most beautiful views in St Neots of the Great Ouse River and parklands.
Our fully licenced Café Bar is open for our usual great tasting Coffee and snacks, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages at very competitive rates, opening from Monday - Sunday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

The Priory Centre has 3 conference rooms and 1 large hall which has a full operational stage and can seat 314 guests.
If you are considering running a week day or weekend training course(s), the Duty Officers would be happy to go through all of your requirements. Photocopying is available with the Priory Centre and we can supply flip charts, a projector screen and other equipment you may need to enhance your training. We can also arrange excellent buffet lunches and any other catering requirements you may have.
The Centre's are located in St Neots with superb access from the A1, A428 and links to the rail network which facilitates St Neots to London in 40 minutes. The station is a 10 minute walk from the Priory Centre and the Eaton's Community Centre is a 10 minute taxi journey.

The village hall is a valuable facility for all of the village. It has played host to a number of activities and groups over the years, including brownies, yoga classes and of course the WI.
It continues to provide a focal point and meeting space for the community with themed meals, quiz nights, annual barn dance and the produce show, as well as providing a space for events such as the harvest supper and the cricket dinner, even drawing in the crowds as a cafe during the ever popular flower festival.
The events organised by the village Entertainments Committee serve two purposes. The first is providing additional opportunities for people to meet up. The second is to raise funds to preserve and enhance the fabric of this lovely old building that provides such a useful service to all groups in the village.
An example is these railings that were erected as part of an ongoing programme to enhance its appearance.The well equipped hall is avaliable for hire by residents and non-residents of the village.
The kitchen has been refurbished with a brand new kitchen, including new appliances. We now have a dishwasher. The hall has been repainted throughout and the heating has been improved. It is now a better venue than ever for parties, classes, events and meetings.
The hall is there for all to use, both residents of the village and non residents, for a small charge (see below). It is available for private functions, day time events and regular meetings. It is great for children's parties. It has a kitchen with oven, fridge, sink and kettle. It also has fully enclosed patio with a barbecue, picnic tables and grass area. It has newly refurbished toilet facilities, including a disabled toilet. There is plenty of off road parking. We have some drapes available in a range of colours to decorate the hall for special parties, there is a small charge for these.
Tables and chairs are avaliable to hire for events outside of the Village Hall, please ring for terms and rates.
