Deep in a dark icy lake, in a high snowy mountain, lurks a terrible dragon

In the episode The Art of The Touch, Skunk spies Panda practicing a
legendary kung fu move that freezes your opponent. Of course Skunk
uses the move to play pranks on everyone in the valley, but what happens
when the move falls into the hands of the evil Ninja Monkeys?
