Last chance to have your say!

Time is running out for people who
live and work in Redbridge Borough
to take part in the Redbridge Conversation
- the Council's biggest ever public
consultation exercise, which comes
to an end on Thursday 31 July.
As many people as possible are needed to join the Redbridge Conversation
to help decide how to make the Borough a better place to live and come up
with ideas on how we can save money to fund improvements.
This is your opportunity to tell us what long-term improvements you want to
see and how the Council should pay for them, so don't miss out on having
your say!
Options range from extending community safety to improving school facilities,
improving leisure services and providing better care.
Many of our roads urgently need improving and we need to build more affordable
homes, so let us know what matters to you most before it's too late.
Cllr Alan Weinberg, Leader of the Council said: "I am delighted by the response so far, but would urge anyone who has not yet given their views to do so. You're opinion is very important to us and there's still time to let us know what things really matter to you, so make your voice heard while you still have the chance."
Since the Redbridge Conversation was
launched on line on 16 May, more than
2860 people have completed the ‘You
Choose' option on Redbridge i with
over 1,500 leaflets being completed.
If you haven't taken part yet, don't worry, pick up a leaflet at Council offices, libraries,
schools, GPs and post offices or register online at Redbridge
i http://www.redbridge.gov.uk/ - you have until Thursday 31 July to return it.
