East London Community Foundation helps communities to help themselves and helps donors to ensure that their funds are targeted in the right area, for the right cause and for maximum benefit. Our aim is to give grants to local community and small voluntary groups, with particular reference to disadvantaged and socially excluded communities and to build a permanent endowment for those communities through the gifts of local people, particularly welathy individuals, charities and local businesses.
