The Tower Crane Being Removed on Saturday 26th - Possible Local Delays!

The huge tower crane installed during the construction of the Sunrise Senior Living on Dairyground Road will now be removed from the site on Sat 26th July 2008. The main removal works would be carried out between the hours of 7.30 am to 4.00pm. The original plan was to remove on 19th July but because of adverse weather conditions this had to be cancelled.
This is the next key stage leading to the completion of the project in September 2008 allowing Sunrise to take full occupation in October. During these works no vehicular access will be permitted to Dairyground Road as highlighted on the plan below, along side restricted Pedestrian access to the far side of Dairyground Road.
Wates have written to neighbours advising of the road closure and wish to thank everybody in advance for their co-operation during these key works and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
