Fruit and nut mix
A little energy boost when you need it, it is important to eat regularly otherwise by time you get to eat your supper you'll be starving and over-eat, not because you have low self control but because your body has started to panic that there's a food shortage.
Makes: 8, 60g servings
Preparation time: 5 Minutes
Ingredients
115g Unsalted cashew nuts,
115g Unsalted unblanched almonds,
50g Sultanas,
50g Raisins,
50g Currants,
50g Dried banana chips
50g Dried Coconut pieces
Method
Mix all of the ingredients and store in an air tight container.
I like to use dried apple pieces instead of banana and add a pinch of powdered cinnamon.
