  Fresh and zingy but substantial a perfect spring salad. I like my beef really underdone but if you don't then just cook the beef steak for a few minutes longer

  Traditionally the pastry in a pie was there only to protect the meat and was not eaten, this method of cooking is particularly suited to fish as the fish ‘steams' inside the pastry

  Don't be freaked out by the Anchovies, they add a wonderful meaty depth to the flavour of the lamb, they don't taste fishy at all
