The Furniture Station was launched in 1994 and it has successfully developed over the last 14 years in achieving its vision of re-using household furniture items by supplying them to people in need of such support. In May this year The Worshipful The Mayor of Stockport (Councillor Pam King) chose the Furniture Station to be her worthy charity.
