We all knew turkey was a dieters friend but now it has been proven that is anti-ageing also..........
Dr Nirdosh Season Skin Rescue Tips:
Party season means you're going to work hard and play hard so your skins going to suffer hard. So we need to make sure you have a good skin rescue plan to get you through the festive season. Using my Dr Nirdosh skin rescue tips will make sure you're not only well on your way to radiant, beautiful skin, but will also allow you to finally discover the rewards of good skin maintenance.
1.LATE NIGHTS:
under a normal skin routine skin cells relax and recover via pulsatile growth hormone release( during deep sleep phase). The festive season eliminates early nights and therefore dramatically reduces your recovery hormones levels. Ensure you eat turkey, chicken and potatoes to enhance HGH (human growth hormone) levels as this is a major anti ageing hormone. Also, apply an extra heavy dose of skin serum at bedtime containing omega 3+6+9 anti inflammatories to the heal damage done during the night. This will give you the 8 hour sleep effect of pure skin radiance.
2 ALCOHOL:
Excess alcohol acts as a diuretic as it withdraws water from cells and dehydrates the skin leaving it looking grey, dull and saggy. The way to tackle this is to provide the skin with excess H2O.
Rule 1- you must drink 3 litres water per day to re-inflate the shriveled skin cells.
Rule 2- apply a moisture replenishing cream containing NFF as its humectant properties increase hydration levels and eliminate the washed out look
3. INDULGENCE:
Foodies need to take caution as extreme indulgence can wreak havoc on your complexion with excess glycogen being a definite skin inflammatory, predisposing to accelerated ageing and dermatitis type skin problems. The result will be slowed cell metabolism, bouts of lethargy and dangerous insulin surges which is evident as haggard, acne prone skin.
Eat brazil nuts as they contain selenium and eggs as they are rich in biotin. Apply a lipid boosting moisturiser religiously, take a supplement of zinc and co enzyme q10, to regenerate cell production and balance acne causing hormonal sebum levels. The outcome will be a fresher, blemish free complexion.
