Tribute to Man who Died after Colliding with a Car in Stockport

A man who died after being in collision with a car in Stockport has been formally identified.
Shane Taylor, 35, died on Tuesday 7 October 2008.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision, which took place at about 8.30pm on Tuesday 7 October 2008.
Officers were called to Kingsway, close to the M60 junction, following reports a car had collided with a pedestrian.
Shane had suffered serious injuries. He was taken to hospital but later died.
Shane lived with his 59-year-old mother in Heaton Norris. Shane's 56-year-old father lives in Withington with his partner and Shane's two half-brothers.
The family paid the following tribute: "Shane was a loving son and brother. He will be sadly missed by all this family."
