1) Introductions
Members of the "top table" were introduced:
Stuart Entwistle (Anti Social Behaviour Action Team Officer), Julie Wharton (Youth Service, Senior Area Worker), PC Mark Shaw (Chair), PCSO Natalie Bell, Vashti Jellis (Community Safety Officer).

2) Meeting Objectives Outlined
This meeting has been called to update on previous crime and disorder priorities for the area, and also to set new targets for the next 3 months.

3) Feedback on Previous Issues

Cheadle Royal - This has been ‘tinned-up' and there is a security man on site. Reported to be quiet at present.

Baslow Drive - Police have attended and is now quiet, although there have been reports of cycling and playing football on Haddon Road.

Parking - parking at Mosque and Christchurch still problematic. Residents asked to pass on details of cars parking outside mosque and they will ‘name and shame' them. One resident is contacting the Parking Team at Stockport Council regarding parking around the church.

5) Feedback on Work Undertaken by agencies

Police

Operation Refrectory - targetting domestic burglaries
Operation Antidote - Anti-social behaviour on borders of division on Friday/Saturday/Sunday night. Will look at East Avenue Park.

6) Priority Setting

East Avenue Park - Problems continue with youths causing annoyance/criminal damage etc.
Issues at East Avenue Park were agreed as a priority.

7) Any Other Business

Neighbourhood Watch - residents wanted to know what's going on with Neighbourhood Watch at present.
Cheadle Royal - there is an obstruction to the road. PC Shaw is to contact Jeff Smith at Manchester Fire and Rescue to see if this can be removed.

Next Meeting

The next meeting will take place at 7.30pm on 11th November (not on 18th November, as previously advised) at Heald Green Community Centre.
