Andrew Smith, a former pupil at Burton Road Primary and Neston High School, has brought his business into the heart of Neston town centre.

premises.
Andrew launched his firm, AndrewLETS, in 2005 following a varied career that included serving in the Parachute Regiment and working in private security in Iraq. He invested the proceeds from that assignment in properties that he renovated himself and now lets to private tenants. Building the business up while working from home, Andrew gradually took on the management of properties for a number of landlords.
The company's healthy expansion has now allowed Andrew to open a brand new office. AndrewLETS is located in the premises formerly occupied by a camera shop, which had lain empty for some time. Andrew explains: "We operate throughout Wirral, but my heart has always been in Neston, so I felt it was important to locate the office in the centre of the town I grew up in."
He also explained his company's ethos: "We pride ourselves on our local knowledge, and on building a personal relationship with our landlords and tenants, to ensure that people can let or rent properties with confidence. I am a landlord myself, so I know how important it is to find the right tenants.
"As an independent agency, our overheads are relatively low compared to the larger chains, which allows us to keep our fees reasonable."
AndrewLETS offer a variety of services, including free valuations and advice, full tenant referencing, regular inspections, inventory preparation and rental collection.
