Petrol up 26% in one year; £5 a gallon by Christmas; motoring costs are the largest percentage of household expenditure behind food and housing - now is the time to save money on petrol when shopping online.
Launching today, the Free Petrol Club lets consumers earn free money for petrol every time they shop online at more than 1500 leading retailers including Asda, Next and Tesco.
Not only is membership free, but also every new member is allocated £5 worth of free fuel. 
Then, just by using their membership to shop online, members receive a special refund credited to their account every time they buy. Refunds range in value according to the retailer.
When shopping through the Free Petrol Club consumers build a balance in their account that can then be used for free fuel on the forecourt or, in fact, if they wish, they can use the cash for anything they want.
They can even have the cash transferred directly to their bank account.
What is more, the special refund still applies on top of any other special offers that the retailer is offering.

The Free Petrol Club is owned by Loyalty Clubs Limited and membership is completely free. The actual amount of cash back on each purchase varies by retailer and is credited directly into a members Free Petrol Club account. Retailers do not charge more when members shop though the Free Petrol Club. There is no cost to the member - ever. The retailer pays a commission for every sale through the Free Petrol Club site. Unlike other referral sites, they share that commission with the member.
