Neston Primary School pupils, parents, relatives and staff enjoyed the superb weather during their recent summer fair.
Stalls included cakes, crockery smashing, ice cream, lucky dip, beat the goalie and the ever popular stocks.
Rob Golding, Headteacher, said - "The weather was brilliant and our staff and parents did a grand job in organising the event - held on the hottest day of the year so far.
"Some of the year 6 children and members of staff, including myself, were able to cool off in the stocks, although the water was a little chilly!
"My thanks also to the local retailers who very kindly donated prizes for the stalls and helped to make the event such a success."
