Neston Primary wash for dosh!
| Author: Rob Golding | Published: 6th February 2011 13:30 |
Neston Primary School ran a fund-raising car wash at the weekend, with proceeds going to help more pupils take part in residential visits.
Although it was very wet we managed to clean over 60 cars in three hours. A small army of parents, pupils, staff and friends washed cars, vans and even a bicycle!
Due to the wintery weather recently, there were a few very dirty vehicles, but we are pleased to say they all left gleaming.
The money used will help to ensure that the cost of our residential visits are kept at an affordable level, allowing as many children as possible to take part.
Our thanks to everyone who came along and allowed us to wash their vehicles. We really do appreciate your support.
