Parkgate Tennis Club in 1948 - Do These Names Ring Any Bells?

Cllr Andy Williams has sent in the following photographs and message.
"I bought a couple of old photos from Ebay recently and they are titled 'Parkgate Tennis Club 1948.' One of them has a list of names and I was wondering if anyone remembers them.
The names on the photo are:
Norman and Dora Harris
Vera Tremlett
Ann Nelson
Virginia Sutcliffe
Peter Hunter
Ann Pyke
Betty Bamford
Michael Sheppherd
Barbara Hambleton
Joy Fairclough
Harold Hodgson."
