Film Preview - Toy Story 3

The world has been waiting a long time for this film and it will finally soon be here. This is really where summer hits its prime time for movies, with Toy Story 3 !
It's been over ten years since Toy Story 2 and TS3 will most probably still beat every other film to be released this year in sales.... yes, even Twilight!
The original cast return to their roles which is brilliant news as I am sure fans would'nt have it any other way. Tom Hanks has been rather busy in the creation of 'The Pacific' but he is still working hard at showing off his craft, and I am sure he will prove to us again that he still has what it takes in this latest addition!
The plot to this one is that Buzz and Woody end up in a day care centre after Andy leaves for college, so expect a load of new characters!
One of the best things about Toy Story is how timeless it is; when it was first released it was one of those films that was so far ahead of its time, and it still feels that way.
Another admirable thing is the different audience it will apeal to now - after being so long since the original it will bring in both adults who experienced Toy Story when they were younger, and also attract children who are being introduced to the trilogy for the first time.
I expect nothing less than greatness from this film, since Pixar have never created anything less.

Editor's Note: I have now read a couple of other reviews of TS3 - they seem to agree that this is probably the best so far, especially for adults ! Pixar do seem the best studio for weaving adult themes into animated films for kids.
Apparently, the storyline is very moving, and has had grown men crying in the cinema !!
