Sport England Innovation Fund
Detail of Scheme:
Sport England has announced that its new Innovation Fund is now open for applications.
The overall aim of this £5 million grants programme is to invest in new ideas which will reach a whole new audience, and provide better, more exciting sports opportunities to a wider range of people, some of whom, perhaps, think that sport is not for them. Grants will be awarded to small-scale but groundbreaking innovative projects that have the ability to become the scaled-up, widespread activities that deliver high quality community sport in future years.
Sport England are looking to support between 10 and 20 projects
Award amount: between £10,000 and £500,000
Application process:. Two stage application process. Form available on-line.
Closing dates: stage 1 of the application
process is 5 pm, 10th August
