Castle DoningtonThe expansion is due to the demand for high quality offices and meeting rooms in the East Midlands area. Despite the recession demand for dbs' offices and meeting rooms has risen. Companies see the benefits of high quality facilities at cost effective rates and this has fuelled the demand for dbs' space during this difficult period.
dbs managed offices has two centres. One in Castle Donington and one in Glenfield. Both centres are based in historic buildings in beautiful grounds. The extension to the Castle Donington building has been carefully and sympathetically matched to the original Victorian building to ensure the property and conservation area are enhanced.
The 3100 sq ft extension to the Old Vicarage building will expand the capacity of the office accommodation to 102 people, throughout the four buildings on the Castle Donington site.
Whilst the building was in the first stages of construction the largest office was sold and they moved into the premises in January 2010. Only a few offices are now available in the new extension for rental.
The extension has meant that the server, communications and technology room for the companies on site can be moved to its own area in the loft space. This open plan space has been designed to be a feature of the building as well as serving a vital part in the day to day workings of dbs and its companies.
The new facilities have also created more facilities for the office and virtual office clients. The clients have the benefit of a new fully equipped reprographic area and an informal relaxation area for coffee breaks and lunch periods.
In addition to the new office facilities available to companies the extension will also boast new conference facilities. These rooms will be equipped with the latest IT technology allowing companies to host all manner of meetings, conferences and training sessions at dbs managed offices.
In celebration of these new meeting facilities dbs managed offices will be offering clients a 50% discount for their first meeting.

As well as the extension plans on the Castle Donington site, dbs managed offices have also extended their conference facilities at their Glenfield site to accommodate 30 delegates. The new conference facilities at Glenfield will have the same standard of IT Technology as the Castle Donington conference facilities giving clients in the East Midlands area more flexibility of where they can hold their meetings and conferences.
