Hilton Church Pre-school 'ASCOT LADIES DAY' 21st June 2008

This year as one of their ex pupils, Chris Blanksby, is taking part in 'The Big Heart Bike Ride'. They agreed to help raise some of the funds for him to participate in this event with their Charity Event 'ASCOT LADIES DAY'. This event will raise money for the British Heart Foundation, CRY, ECHO UK and H.E.A.R.T.
The 'Ascot Ladies Day' is on 21st June 2008, tickets for this event are now sold out. Tickets include a welcome drink and buffet. Live racing and betting will take place throughout the afternoon, with the addition this year of a RODEO HORSE, which they will be taking bets on who stays on the longest, Stallions versus Fillies!! A raffle will be drawn on the day with many prizes. Hilton Church Pre-school was established over 40 years ago, to provide pre-school learning opportunities within the local community. They offer places to children from the age of 2. As part of the OFSTED curriculum they chose to help others locally and nationally, involving the children and parents.
Last year they raised over £1,000 which we donated to The Rainbows Hospice and the Mac Millan Breast Cancer Ward, at Derby Hospital.
