Revised Plans Submitted for Castle Donington Concept Development 2011

A big development scheme proposed for Castle Donington commenced in 2008.

Proposals include 875 new houses north and south of Park Lane, commercial development and a new relief road.

In 2011 a new school, new road, new pub are revealed as further revised plans are submitted to North West Leicestershire District Council.

The new relief road is key to this concept development becoming reality.
