Proposed plans for a new Supermarket and Retail Park to be built in Castle Donington will be on show at a public exhibition to be held at Spital Park Pavilion on Friday 21st June, between 2pm and 8pm.

Plans for 895 House Development in Castle Donington Approved
A big development scheme proposed for Castle Donington commenced in 2008.
Proposals include 895 new houses north and south of Park Lane, commercial development and a new relief road.
In 2011 a new school, new road, new pub are revealed as further revised plans are submitted to North West Leicestershire District Council.
This concept development became reality in June 2013 when plans were approved for the development to go ahead.
