Shepshed Taekwondo
Training nights: Mondays and Fridays 6.45pm to 8.30pm
Location: Vine House, Loughborough Road, Shepshed
We have junior and senior members from Kegworth, Castle Donington, Shepshed and Normanton on Soar and have had considerable successes in competitions.
Promotes fitness, stamina, self defence, self confidence.
All ages and abilities are encouraged and beginners are welcome.
Shepshed Taekwondo practices ITF style taekwondo.

Violetta Harlow (in black)'Congratulations to Violetta Harlow from Kegworth, a member of Shepshed Taekwondo. As a result of taking part in the recent 2007 ITUK/ITF Black Belt Grading in Derby Violetta has been promoted to 2nd Dan (degree) Black Belt.'
