This is a rare opportunity to learn how to get the most out of your cooking. Arrive for coffee and home-made biscuits, followed by a 60 minute interactive cookery demonstration, where Mark Fletcher our head chef will share recipes, demonstrate tricks of the trade and assist you with your dinner party dilemmas. Following your exertions, you will be treated to a delightful two-course lunch including a glass of wine. The chef will be on hand to answer any questions. Each guest will receive recipe sheets for all the dishes cooked.
