Ockbrook School Achieves 100% Pass Rate

Cheers echoed across campus today as Ockbrook School students collecting A-level results achieved 100 per cent pass rate, with three students achieving straight A* and A grades.
An over the moon Laura Cook, 18, from Oakwood, Derby, achieved A* in Biology, A* in Maths and A in Chemistry and will go on to study Dentistry at university.
Kezia Martin, 18, from Derby, is delighted to have achieved A* in Geography, which she will now study at Durham University, A in English Literature and A in Psychology.
Rebecca Bailey, 18, from Bramcote, Nottingham, achieved an A* in Chemistry, A in Biology and A in Maths, securing her place at York University to study Biochemistry.
Tom Brooksby, Headmaster, paid tribute to the outstanding achievements: "I am extremely proud of each and every one of our A-level students. These excellent results are a testament to their strength of character, hard work and resilience throughout their time at Ockbrook.
"We remain one of the highest achieving schools in the region, with another year of excellent A-level grades. Congratulations also to my committed team of teachers who have worked tirelessly in support of every student's success, they represent the best of the profession".
