Castle Donington Park Lane Housing Development Plans Amended

Residents in Castle Donington who live adjacent to the proposed new housing development site off Park Lane, Fox Road and Bentley Road have received notification from North West Leicestershire District Council that the developers have amended their original application for 350 new houses.
Ametrine Ltd have submitted a revised application for a maximum of 275 dwellings of which 25 will be off Bentley Road with a maximum of 250 accessed from a new roundabout off Park Lane.
North West Leicestershire District Council advise that it is not necessary to write to them again if you have already done so, unless you have any additional comments to make about these changes, or if you wish to change your previous comments.
Any new or further written comments must be received by Tuesday 8th April 2008.
