KNGSKERSWELL AND IPPLEPEN MEDICAL PRACTICE

This medical practice operates from two modern health centre premises both with free patient car parking and pharmacy facilities. Ipplepen Health Centre has an in house prescription dispensary and Kingskerswell Health Centre has an independent pharmacy on the premises. In the 2005-6 GP quality framework and inspection scheme this medical practice team scored the highest achievable points and in this context is therefore ranked among the best in England.
The practice currently serves a population of around 9000. Patients are registered not only from the villages of Kingskerswell and Ipplepen but a large 40 square mile area including Aller, Decoy and Wolborough Hill in Newton Abbot, Coffinswell, Daccombe, Compton, Abbotskerswell, Dainton, Ogwell, Two Mile Oak, Denbury, Torbryan, Broadhempston and Edginswell and The Willows in Torquay.
