CHOCOLATE CONCRETE

Ingredients
12 ozs Plain Flour
7 ozs margarine or butter
3ozs granulated sugar
4 heaped tablespoons of cocoa powder
Method
Mix all the ingredients together until it looks like dough and it leaves the bowl cleanly
Place into a oblong baking tray until is is approx half an inch thick.
Bake on Gas mark 3-4 for approx 30 minutes, or until centre is frm to the touch.
The idea is to have it crunchy on the outside and very slightly soft on the inside.
Cut into 6 portions before allowing to cool. Serve with thick custoard
