HRT CAKE

Ingredients
4ozs (100g) Soya flour
4 ozs whole -wheat flour
4 ozs Porridge oats
4 ozs Linseeds
2 ozs (50g) Sunflower seeds
2 ozs Pumpkin seeds
2 ozs Sesame seeds
2 ozs Flaked almonds
2 pieces Stem ginger (finely chopped)
8 ozs (200g) Raisins
3/4 litre Soya milk
1 tlbs Malt extract
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ground ginger
Method
Put dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly, then add soya milk and malt extract.
Mix well and leave to soak for about half and hour. If mixture is too stiff, add a little more Soya milk.
Spoon in a loaf tin lined with greaseproof paper (oiled)
Bake in oven - gas mark 5 or 190c for about 1 1.2 hours.
Delicious spread with butter or any other spreads.
Ideally, eat one slice every day. (if you can stop at just one!)
