The Harbour Heights Hotel earns 2012 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence

The Harbour Heights in Poole, Dorset, has announced that it has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award. The accolade honours hospitality excellence and is only given to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on the world's largest travel community website.
To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
The Harbour Heights is part of the independent hotel group the FJB Collection and this boutique hotel with an award-winning two AA red rosette restaurant offers breath-taking views over Poole Harbour, the second largest natural harbour in the world. Travellers visiting the website have consistently commended The Harbour Heights with the highest praise, and as a result TripAdvisor recognised the hotel's four rating as an exceptional achievement.
