Since the Safer Neighbourhoods scheme was introduced in Poole, a number of projects have been involving young people in constructive activities.

Poole and Bournemouth are among the safest places to live in the UK with overall crime rates reducing year on year. However, as with all towns, concerns still arise periodically around a range of less severe problems, such as anti-social behaviour, grafitti, littering and car crime.
