The Way In Youth Group, Oakdale

The Way In Youth Group is led by Simona & Andy and meets Sunday evenings 7.15pm to 8.45pm at St George's church, Oakdale - would you like to join us?
We have something interesting happening every Sunday evening throughout the year.
During the summer months June, July & September (not August - we need time to recharge our batteries), we make use of the large field by the church building and we also have the use of a beach hut at Sandbanks. You really have no excuse not to find something useful to do with us in the summer.
In the winter period we usually play indoor football, hockey & table tennis in the church hall as it is very large with plenty of room. We also organise trips bowling, ice skating and to Farside .
Each session finishes with a ‘reflection quarter' when we gather together and have a ‘thought for the day' with time for discussion. We discuss issues that are important to young people, such as bullying, growing up etc.
