The prime purpose of the Parkstone community website is a gateway to information on the local area in order to promote the interests of the residents of Parkstone in all aspects of their lives. It is also intended to encourage visitors to visit our beautiful town by providing a small taste of the facilities and attractions we have to offer in Parkstone and Poole.
A secondary aim is to help users of the Internet find their way around local information efficiently without having to spend lots of time wading through large content page result from the search engines. Poole and Parkstone consist of a number of communities which offer a large selection of bistros, restaurants and traditional pubs as well as a large selection of facilities.
In November, we have a great selection of events happening nearly every day ranging from Turing on the Christmas Lights, the start of the Christmas Fairs at various venues, Community Quiz night to Santa arriving in Poole,making friends with a book as well as all the regular events (Poole Speedway, Car Boots, Farmers Market, Community Lunches).
