Local businessman, Paul Newton, is pulling a rabbit out of the hat with his new mentalism act. Paul, who has been studying the art of magic since he was a young boy, has now perfected his catalogue of tricks, ready for audiences to be astounded.
Paul has some pretty remarkable feathers in his cap; not only has he stunned Anne Robinson on The Weakest Link with his magic, he has also just won two awards for his act. Paul was awarded the coveted ‘Stage Magician of the Year' award and the salubrious ‘Comedy Magician of the Year' by the Associated Wizards of the South (of which Houdini was at one time an honorary member). The AWS is the sixth oldest magical society in the world, so Paul had some pretty tough acts to follow.
Paul's award-winning act is now touring the county, entertaining at corporate events and celebrations across Dorset. With his energetic and staggering show, Paul is getting a name for himself as Bournemouth's answer to Derren Brown.
