Beach Volleyball on Sandbanks Beach

The Sandbanks Beach Volleyball Classic is the biggest event on the UK Beach Volleyball calendar.
More than 150 of the UK's best male and female adult teams will be taking part,the main Adult competition being the 'British Open' and for the second year, the event will host the 'British Junior Championships' for under 18, 16 and 14s. There will be over 100 junior teams - a total of some 400 players with 30 courts including a centre court with grandstand.
Two Days of Great Sport
The event takes place on 5/6 July on Sandbanks Beach, Poole, Dorset - one of the four most exclusive and
desirable property locations in the world. The location is directly alongside the promenade, just a few paces form a large car park.
Sandbanks beach is an official training camp for national beach volleyball teams which qualify for the 2012 Olympics and is already used by the British Olympic squad from their base at Bath University.

Sponsorship Budget
The event will require a budget of around £20,000 to cover such essential items as prize fund, grandstand, marquees, security, VIP facilities, player facilities , TV coverage, support marketing and essential equipment.
Title Sponsor's brand name will preface the event title on site and in all advertising, PR, promotional and TV coverage. In addition, the Title Sponsor will have four prime centre court 3m x 1m (max) banner locations within TV shot and (optionally) on player uniforms. Title Sponsor will also have rights to stage product displays and demonstrations at the event and to have sales or promotional areas. An agreed number of VIP passes will be available along with dedicated eating/viewing. Logo on player benches and umbrellas/awning and brand name on trophies, prize presenter.

All sponsors will have the opportunity to display banners, flags etc outside the centre court area and to appear in the tournament programme.
TV Coverage
The event budget allows for 8 hours coverage by Sky Sports TV including Sky Sports 2 peak time and up to four repeats on Sky Sports 2, 3 and Extra. The Title Sponsor will be included in the programme title plus bumpers. Commercial value is £46,648.
