The final line-up of stars for the ticketed 'Night Air at the Piers' in association with Corona, taking place from 6pm on Thursday August 30 to Saturday September 1, has now been announced by Wave 105.
New for Friday night is X-Factor finalist Amelia Lily, who will play alongside Honey Ryder, Newton Faulkner and Rizzle Kicks.
The final acts confirmed for Saturday night are the four-piece, current chart topping British band Lawson and 2010 X-Factor winner Matt Cardle. They join Ben Montague, Ryan O'Shaughnessy, The Loveable Rogues and Scouting for Girls.
The ballot has now closed and the lucky applicants will be receiving notification in the next 24 hours.
Jon Brooks, Wave 105's sales, marketing and operations director, said: "Wave 105 plays the south's best variety of hits and we are really pleased to be further reflecting this by introducing even more acts to an already hugely exciting line up. This year's Night Air promises to be the biggest and best ever and a wonderful addition to the much loved Bournemouth Air Festival.
Jon Weaver, Air Festival director added; "Together with Wave 105 we are aiming to deliver a first-class Night Air at the Piers programme. There has been great interest from Wave105's music industry contacts in supplying acts for the event, which is fantastic for both the resort and the Air Festival itself.
"Not forgetting that in addition to these evenings at Boscombe Pier, we are still promising a superb FREE Night Air programme with dusk displays, fireworks, street entertainment and tribute acts at Bournemouth Pier."
