Q1 Will I need to take a long term lease, for say 2,3,4 or 5 years?
Q2 Do I need to take a work station in an open plan area or in a small office area on a full time [5 days per week] basis
Q3 Are there extra charges for business rates, utilities, cleaning, internet or telephone line rental?
Q4 Do I need to bring my own computer equipment, printers, telephones, faxes or office furniture?
Q5 Will I have my own telephone number, voice mail and email address?
Q6 Can I get access to my company files, email and voice mail outside of eXcite opening hours?
Q1 Will I need to take a long term lease, for say 2,3,4 or 5 years?
A1 No. Although you can have a work station or small office lease for up to two years we offer leases as short as three months with flexible break clauses or renewal periods.
Q2 Do I need to take a work station in an open plan area or in a small office area on a full time [5 days per week] basis?
A2 Open plan area work stations have a variety of membership rates with use starting from just half a day per week. Workstations in the smaller, secure office space are only available on a full time lease basis.
Q3 Are there extra charges for business rates, utilities, cleaning, internet or telephone line rental?
A3 No. As a member of eXcite Dagenham all of the business services are covered by the work station lease agreement. You will be charged for the printing, telephone calls and faxes recorded by our network.
Q4 Do I need to bring my own computer equipment, printers, telephones, faxes or office furniture?
A4 No. All of this equipment is provided.
Q5 Will I have my own telephone number, voice mail and email address?
A5 Yes. You will have direct dial number[s], voice mail[s], and email addresses @excite-enterprise available for your use.
Q6 Can I get access to my company files, email and voice mail outside of eXcite opening hours?
A6 Yes. The eXcite IT and Telephony Network allows you to securely access your business files and emails from any location where you can link your laptop/PC to the internet. Similarly you can call in at anytime from anywhere to our exchange to retrieve your voice mail.
