Commerical Burglary - Charity Shop Targeted
A charity shop in Bridlington was targeted by thieves over the weekend who forced entry and made off with cash from the premises.
The Real Aid charity shop in Quay Road in the resort was broken into between 1645hrs on Saturday 07 July and 0800hrs today (Monday 09 July).
The thieves approached the premises via the rear of the shop down an alleyway and forced entry through a window.
A search of the shop and store room was made and money stolen from a safe inside.
Police are keen to speak to anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the area at the time or anyone with any information about who may be responsible.
