Strangeface Presents The Last Resort
| Published: 21st January 2008 14:16 |
When a soldier thief does a deal with a devil and the devil takes a holiday from hell, they descend upon a remote village. Once fabled for its miraculous healing spring, its residents now stand on the edge of ruin. However, these rare visitors make a tantalizing offer of redemption at a price. Just how far will the upstanding mayor and his respectable cronies go to seize this glittering prize?
After the success of ‘Hell and High Water and ‘The Outlaw Fulke Fitz Waryn', maestros of masked comedy, Strange-face enter the world of folktale with a startling mix of masks, puppets and song.
This fiendish comedy is suitable for anyone aged 11yrs and up. The Last Resort is best described as "a headlong collision between a folktale and The Simpsons"
