Having problems with the recycling and refuse collection scheme. Have a look at the Rother refuse and recycling information pages in this website under Environment which may help to clear up any confusion. Have you got a view as to how Rother District Council has performed with the new recycling scheme. Let us have your comments and observations, good or bad. Perhaps together we can all help to improve the way the scheme works.
East Sussex residents were able to get their Green Cone or Green Johanna at the reduced prices at specially arranged sales locations in Hastings last Saturday 11th August or in Battle last Sunday. Check here for details of what the Green Cone or Green Johanna can do for you.

East Sussex County Council are making Green Cones available to all their residents at the subsidised price of £9.95 (Normal price £79.50) if collected from participating garden centres or can be delivered to your home for an extra £5.00 delivery charge total £14.95
Green Johanna composter/food digester are also available for East Sussex residents at the subsidised price of £19.95 including home delivery (Normal price £113.94)
The Green Johanna cannot be collected from garden centres at the moment.
