Tell us what you think about crime in Rother
Rother residents can have their say on crime in the district by visiting the Safer Rother Partnership's stall at Bexhill Fire Station's Open Day on Saturday (9th August 2008).
The Partnership is inviting residents to tell us what they think about crime and anti-social behaviour in Rother and, in doing so, to shape future priorities for crime reduction in the area.
Members of the Partnership - include police officers, Rother District Council and Sussex Police Authority - will be on hand to offer crime prevention information and hear residents' comments and concerns.
SRP Chair Mani Gilbert-King, who is also East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service's borough commander for Rother, said, "This is a good opportunity for residents to come along to find out about how the Safer Rother Partnership reduced crime by 24.4% over the last three years and what we plan to do in the future to keep bringing crime down."
The Open Day takes place from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 9th August at Bexhill Fire Station, Beeching Road.
