TOWN Mayor Cllr Patrick Douart will open the 2008 Hospital Garden Party on the lawns of Bexhill Hospital. Eastbourne Pipe Band will give a display of marching music. The band of Little Common branch of the Royal British Legion will provide live music for much of the afternoon.
Hooe Line Dancers will give a performance and there will be static displays by the emergency services.
The Studio at Bexhill Photographic will be sponsoring the baby show. Prizes of a free studio session await the winners of each age group.
Bexhill Lions Club will be providing a range of side shows and hospital and town organisations will be providing stalls for an event which is an annual showcase for the work of the League of Friends of Bexhill Hospital.
In its latest round of donations, the league has agreed to finance equipment worth more than £150,000 for the benefit of Bexhill patients.
