Central St Leonards Parking Study Consultants Report

Hastings Borough Council has commissioned Colin Buchanan and Partners Ltd (a specialist transport and economic consultancy) to carry out an economic impact assessment of parking supply, demand and management in light of the regeneration taking place in St Leonards town centre, and because of the concerns of local businesses on the impact of the parking changes.
The consultancy has now submitted a draft of their report and we are asking for comments on their findings and suggestions.
A public exhibition of the report's key findings and suggestions will take place from 19 January to 1 February at the Royal Victoria Hotel, Marina, St Leonards, between 10am and 7pm every day. Representatives from Colin Buchanan will be present at the exhibition between 10am and 2pm on the two Saturdays (19 and 26 January).
Comments can be made at either the public exhibition or via an e-mail addressed to: stleonardsparkingstudy@cbuchanan.co.uk or by post to: St Leonards Parking Consultation, Colin Buchanan, Newcombe House, 45 Notting Hill Gate, London, W11 3PB. All responses must be submitted in writing by 4 February, 2008.
