Calling all local businesses and organisations - from Trading Standards

You are invited to be part of an exciting opportunity to promote your business!
Organised by East Sussex Trading Standards and based on the Ideal Home Show, the Local Life Show will be running for its second year. In its first year the show attracted over 2500 consumers.
The show provides the perfect place for you to meet consumers, so they can sample the local produce, meet your sales staff and see what services you can provide.
Local Life 2008 will take place on Saturday 4th October at the Winter Garden, Eastbourne.
We are now asking businesses and organisations to register their interest. The exhibition pack and price list is being put together as we speak.
The event will be complemented again by a series of demonstrations as well as the opportunity to try and buy local produce. We want visitors to enjoy the event and to return year after year.
Promotion
Publicity for the local Life Show will be via the East Sussex County Council website, local radio and other consumer organisation websites. We are pleased to have the support of the Friday-Ad again in promoting the event.
How do I register my interest?
Please email consumer.advice@eastsussex.gov.uk or call 01323 418228 to be added to our mailing list. We will be sending out exhibition packs to registered parties in the next couple of weeks. The pack will contain all the price and booking information you will need to secure a place at this exciting event.
