Only in Amerca – The Tale of a Wall Street Wacko !!

A New York investment banker is suing her former company due to her boss's unreasonably civil behaviour. Her law suit cites the fact that her male boss often came in smiling and had the audacity to utter the words 'Good Morning' as he passed by her desk.
"Even my husband, who I have known for 23 years, doesn't speak to me in this manner. In fact, he doesn't speak to me at all'.
Evidently she felt "intimidated" because in her 20 year Wall Street career, previous bosses had "always totally ignored me". She added "Even my husband, who I have known for 23 years, doesn't speak to me in this manner. In fact, he doesn't speak to me at all'.
Her boss's other misdemeanours included encouraging her to take time off to be with her young children and complaining that she was working overly long hours. The worker complained "He insisted that I take my full maternity leave after the birth of my last child, and even had the impertinence to give me a decent bonus that year - despite the fact that I was hardly in the office". She added that she repeatedly asked her boss to stop his alleged "inappropriate behaviour", but her pleas were ignored and he continued to behave "as if nothing was wrong". The banker is now seeking $10m - $2m for unfair dismissal and loss of earnings, $7m for punitive damages and $1m towards her therapy bills.
A bank representative described the scenario as "a very sad case" and added that the plaintiff was a dedicated, hardworking member of our staff, but had problems relating to those around her. She refused to take time off, and at one stage remained in the office for 5 days straight. Bosses had to draw the line when colleagues made hygiene-related complaints.
Just when you think it can't get weirder......
chained herself to the desk and was still calling clients as she was being cut freeIn order to encourage a better work / life balance bosses looked to take her Blackberry away however, each evening, she took to swallowing it just before she left the office in order to thwart their plan. (we understand that somehow she managed to recover it soon after returning home each evening, but don't care to ponder too greatly in this regard). Things came to a head however when the banker wouldn't leave the office after a 36 hour stint, she then chained herself to the desk and was still calling clients as she was being cut free and escorted from the premises.
After terminating her employment, the woman still made efforts to enter the office over a 4 month period, often disguised as a bearded Catholic priest.
