Important note:
The term and holiday dates shown in the attached schedule apply to community and voluntary controlled schools in Essex.
All schools can build in up to five non-pupil days for staff training. The local authority does not have details of these dates and you are advised to check with your child's school as to when they propose to hold them.
In addition, if your child attends a voluntary aided or foundation school, their basic holiday dates may vary from those shown on the Essex calendar. You are advised to check with the school before making any commitments.
