There are several websites in operation with good, easy to understand information about the National Curriculum and what is expected of your child at each stage.
The government's own website has a great "Information for Parents" section. Click here to go directly to the education page.
Similarly, the BBC has a very good page with lots of supporting information showing how we, as parents, can help our children.
